You may choose any existing jersey design from our website or work with our design team to create a completely custom design of your own.
• If selecting an existing design from our website, simply include the jersey name(s) when prompted during checkout.
• If choosing a custom design, our team will contact you after purchase to begin the design process.

• PBA Gear Items are selected at random and will be included when your order ships.
• All jerseys are fully custom and made to order.
• Customers will receive mockups for approval before production begins.
• Production will begin only after mockup approval is received.
• Production time does not include shipping transit time.

MEMBER OF THE PBA? ADDING THE PBA LOGO TO YOUR JERSEY? PLEASE REVIEW THE OFFICIAL PBA AND STORM GUIDELINES TO ENSURE YOUR JERSEY RECEIVES PROMPT PBA APPROVAL.
AS A REMINDER, COMPETING BRAND LOGOS CANNOT BE USED TOGETHER ON THE SAME JERSEY. FOR EXAMPLE, IF A HAMMER LOGO IS INCLUDED, LOGOS FROM EBONITE OR STORM CANNOT ALSO BE ADDED.
AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE A MOCKUP FOR REVIEW. ONCE THE MOCKUP IS APPROVED, YOUR CUSTOM ITEM WILL MOVE INTO PRODUCTION. STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME IS 3-4 WEEKS UNLESS A RUSH PRODUCTION OPTION IS SELECTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS 3-4 WEEK TIMEFRAME APPLIES TO PRODUCTION ONLY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF EACH PIECE BEING FULLY CUSTOMIZED, ONCE APPROVAL IS GIVEN AND PRODUCTION BEGINS, WE ARE UNABLE TO STOP PRODUCTION. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE GRANTED.

EXPEDITED ORDERS: PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU SELECT A RUSH UPGRADE, PRODUCTION TIME BEGINS ON THE DATE YOU APPROVE YOUR MOCKUP (APPROVAL MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 10 AM CENTRAL TIME). IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC IN-HAND DATE, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT MOCKUPS MAY TAKE UP TO TWO BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE, AND SHIPPING MAY TAKE SEVERAL ADDITIONAL DAYS AFTER PRODUCTION IS COMPLETE
